Co-founder & Executive Director
Victor Odhiambo is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Garden of Hope Foundation (GoHF) is an award-winning community organization based in Kenya that is passionate about restoring hope through providing mentorship, leadership, and entrepreneurship to underserved children, youth, and girls living in rural communities and urban informal settlement. Prior to founding GoHF, victor worked for various local and international organizations in designing and implementing various youth projects.
Victor is a Queen’s Young Leaders Award 2017 Runners Up, QYL is an international distinction that recognizes exceptional young leaders from across 50+ Commonwealth countries who are taking the lead in their communities and using their skills to transform lives. He is an Acumen 2019 fellow, Young Africa Leaders 2019 fellow, One Young World Ambassador and a Metis 2020 fellow.
Victor is passionate about sustainable development through systems change and leveraging the power of youth for community transformation.

Floridah is a graduate of the University of Nairobi with a B.A in Sociology and Communication Studies. She is passionate about Economic empowerment, Menstrual and Sexual Reproductive Health Advocacy.
As Garden of Hope Foundation-Programs Coordinator, Floridah has spearheaded the implementation of Menstrual Hygiene Management program activities in Narok, Kilifi, Siaya, Samburu and Nairobi counties. Through the menstrual health education and provision of menstrual products, the number of girls successfully completing their secondary education has increased.
She has also designed and implemented a women’s economic empowerment project which increased the income and savings of the targeted women in informal settlements thus improving their livelihoods.
